Shipping & Delivery
Each AT Jewellery piece is prepared with care before making its way to you.

Processing time
Ready-to-ship items are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days.
Personalised or made-to-order items usually require 2–7 working days, depending on the level of customisation.

United Kingdom delivery
We offer standard UK delivery via Royal Mail Second Class, with free delivery on orders over £35.
Once dispatched, orders are usually expected to arrive within 2–3 working days, although delivery times may vary during busy periods.

International delivery
International orders are welcome. Delivery times vary by destination, but most parcels arrive within approximately 7–14 working days after dispatch. Any customs duties or import charges are the responsibility of the customer where applicable.
