Will my item look exactly like the photo?
It will follow the same overall design, but handmade pieces may vary slightly. This is part of what makes each one unique.
How long does my order take?
Ready-to-ship pieces are usually prepared more quickly, while personalised or made-to-order items may need additional processing time. Please refer to our Shipping & Delivery page for the most up-to-date guidance.
How do I add personalisation?
Select the available option on the product page, then leave your requested initials, name, wording, or motif in the cart note before checkout. For more details, please visit our Personalisation Guide.
Can I request a custom size?
For selected bracelets, necklaces, or accessories, we may be able to accommodate size requests. Please leave a note in the cart where stated on the product page, or email hello@atjewellery.uk before ordering.
Can I request a motif that is not listed?
Some small custom motif requests may be suitable depending on the available space and level of detail. Please contact us before ordering so we can advise.
Can personalised items be returned?
Personalised or custom-requested pieces are made specifically for you, so they cannot usually be returned for a change of mind. If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us and we will make it right.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please email hello@atjewellery.uk with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review it and arrange an appropriate solution.
Do you ship outside the UK?
