At AT Jewellery, we love creating pieces that feel a little more yours. Selected jewellery and accessories can be personalised with initials, names, short wording, or small motifs, depending on the design.
How to personalise your order
- Choose your preferred product and personalisation option.
- Add the initials, name, short message, or selected motif you would like.
- Leave the full details in the cart note before checkout.
Please double-check all spelling and personalisation details before placing your order, as we will follow the wording provided.
What can be personalised?
Personalisation options vary by product and may include:
- initials
- names
- short reminders or words
- selected sea motifs
- small custom motif requests, where suitable
Please check each product listing for the available space, character guide, and design options.
Custom requests
We may be able to accommodate a small custom motif or request beyond the listed options. As the workable space is often very small, fine details may not appear clearly. Where custom artwork placement is possible, we will advise based on the product size and surface area.

Processing time
Personalised pieces are made with extra care and may take longer than ready-to-ship items. Please refer to our Shipping & Delivery page for current processing guidance.
Changes and cancellations
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to amend or cancel a personalised order. We will do our best to help before work begins. Once personalisation has started, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
Because personalised and custom-requested items are made specifically for you, they cannot usually be returned for change of mind. This does not affect your rights if the item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect
